Skye A. Callantine
Skye founded Felix Energy in 2013 and serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Felix has built and sold over $2.5 billion of assets consisting of upstream projects, midstream assets and mineral interests. In addition, Felix has built and currently operates a significant position in the Delaware Basin. Prior to founding Felix Energy, Skye worked for Chesapeake Energy, where he led the building of large-scale projects in the Eagle Ford Shale, Haynesville Shale, East Texas and conventional Gulf Coast gas assets. Skye started his career with ConocoPhillips and served in numerous technical and leadership roles in exploration and production in North America, South America and Asia.
Skye served in the United States Air Force. He received a Bachelor of Science in geophysical engineering from Montana Tech and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
Greg P. Anderson
Greg has over 30 years experience as a geologist conducting successful exploration efforts across numerous plays in Rocky Mountain, Mid-Continent and Permian basins. He joined Felix Energy in early 2015 and led the effort to delineate the geologic controls on prolific production in the STACK and SCOOP plays in Oklahoma. He now leads the Felix Energy’s G&G Team’s efforts delineating the most prospective targets and leasehold in the Delaware Basin. Prior to joining Felix Energy, Greg led exploration efforts as a senior manager and geologist for Samson Energy, Samson Resources and Tom Brown Inc.
Greg received a Bachelors of Science degree in geology from Colorado State University, a Master of Science degree in geology from Colorado School of Mines and has completed post-graduate executive programs at Southern Methodist University.
Bill R. Arnold
Bill has extensive experience in petroleum operations both domestic and international. He joined Felix Energy in July 2013 as Vice President of Operations and was a key member of Felix Energy’s STACK operations. He currently leads the company’s drilling, completions and production efforts. Prior to joining Felix Energy, he held positions in operations management at Samson Resources and Stone Energy in their Denver office locations. Bill spent his early career performing various technical operational roles for Quicksilver, Range Resources, Pioneer Natural Resources and in Australia with Santos.
Mr. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Zachary D. Holland
Zack is a founding member of Felix Energy. He currently leads engineering efforts for the company in Texas. Prior to Felix Energy, Zack worked at Devon Energy, where he led teams exploiting the liquids-rich areas in the Barnett Shale Combo area in the Fort Worth Basin. In his career, he has held a variety of roles in reservoir engineering, operations and midstream at Dominion E&P, Chesapeake Energy, Samson Resources and Anadarko Petroleum.
Zack received his Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the University of Kansas and a MBA from Oklahoma State University. He is also a registered professional engineer.
Michael D. Horton
Michael has extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures, land and land administration. Michael joined Felix in June 2013 as Vice President of Land and, along with his team, was responsible for building an 80,000-acre position in STACK, a 30,000-acre position in the Cottage Grove play and for creating Sooner Trend Minerals, a mineral and royalty company. Michael currently manages the land, business development and A&D functions for Felix Energy. Since joining Felix Energy, Michael has managed asset and entity sales that cumulatively grossed over $2 billion in proceeds. Prior to joining Felix Energy, he held various positions of land management and land at Samson Resources and Anadarko Petroleum.
Michael holds a BBA in energy management from the University of Oklahoma.
John D. McCready
John joined Felix Energy in February 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Felix Energy, John most recently worked at Samson Resources, a private oil and gas company, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer since the beginning of 2013. Prior to Samson Resources, John served as an investment banker in the Energy Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was primarily responsible for providing financing and advisory services to mid-cap and smaller oil and gas companies with operations focused in the Lower 48. His background includes finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
John served in the United States Army. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Andrew T. Dunleavy
Andy joined Felix Energy in September 2013 as Land Manager and was responsible for overseeing more than 200 acquisitions in STACK and more than 50 acquisitions associated with Sooner Trend Minerals. His current responsibilities include managing the company’s growth in the Delaware Basin and facilitating the evaluation of third-party opportunities. Prior to joining Felix Energy, Andy held roles in varying capacities in A&D, New Ventures and Land at Devon Energy.
Andy holds a BBA in energy management and finance from the University of Oklahoma.
Ashley L. Jenkins
Ashley joined Felix in September 2013 as Controller. Prior to Felix Energy, Ashley worked for Double Eagle Petroleum, a public E&P company with operations in the Rocky Mountain Region, serving as CFO and previously Controller. Ashley began her career with the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, serving predominantly energy clients.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University and is a certified public accountant.
Matt S. Peterson
Matt has more than 22 years of operational experience in a variety domestic U.S. basins. Prior to joining Felix Energy, he held a leadership position at Newfield Exploration Rockies Division as Operations Lead in the Williston Basin, where he was responsible for drilling, completion and production operations. He previously worked in various drilling, completion and production roles overseeing conventional and unconventional plays in the Rockies for Stone Energy. Matt started his career with Samedan Oil Corporation - Noble Energy in various operational capacities working basins across Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Kansas.
